Dear Young Readers, The Philadelphia Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped/FLP is participating in the Summer Reading Game @ Your Library for Kids and Teens. Read or listen to a book, a magazine, watch a video or use a library ADA computer and tell us about it. You can win a cool prize every time you call to share a book, a magazine or a descriptive video you enjoyed. Your tactile prize will be mailed to you. In keeping with the suggested theme this year, we are listing a few cool books on audiocassette and in braille in our collection. Remember read or listen to a book, a magazine, watch a descriptive video or use a library ADA computer, then call Susan at 800-222-1754 or 215-683-3213 to tell her about it. In addition to the many prize sponsors of the Free Library of Philadelphia Summer Reading Game, The Philadelphia Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped/FLP would like to thank Mr. Bill Ankenbrant of Ankenbrant Enterprises. EXTRA LARGE PRINT

Do you or someone you know enjoy reading large print but wish the print were just a little bit larger? Until now, the largest large print was 16-point font. Despite growing demand for larger print books, larger print books were not widely available. Now, with advances in printing and formatting, larger print books including children’s titles on demand are possible. Huge Print Press, the makers of the new larger print books, will individualize any book. The customer chooses the book, the binding, the contrast and the font size. Check out the Huge Print Press website, email at info@hugeprint.com or give the press a call at 866-484-3774 to discuss options and pricing.
